Please Note:

• If your card was lost or stolen, please report it immediately to prevent fraudulent charges.
• Your request will be processed within 4 business hours.
• Cards typically take 7-10 business days to arrive after the order has been placed.
• Cards will arrive in an unmarked white envelope.
• New cards will need to be activated before the first use.
• Please be sure to have the card available when you activate the card.
• If you do not receive a response within four business hours, please contact the Credit Union.
