Beware Spoofing

PFCU will never call you and ask for personal information, such as your social security number, Debit/Credit card number, or Internet Banking sign-on information. Even if the incoming phone number looks like ours – (585) 624-7474 – it could actually be a fraudster that has modified the caller-id information to appear as if they are calling from a number that is not their own, which is called “spoofing.”

If you are ever unsure if a call you receive that appears to be from PFCU is truly from us, please hang up and call us back directly.
