ATM Surcharge Refund Program
We are proud to announce a new ATM Surcharge Refund Program for our VISA Debit and ATM cardholders. You will no longer have to worry if one of the over 60,000 current surcharge-free ATMs we offer are not convenient for you because we will now refund up to $10 per account, per month in ATM surcharges charged by other financial institutions, when you use your Pittsford FCU Debit or ATM card. This will provide equitable options for those members who may not be located near a plethora of surcharge-free ATMs.
The refund will be automatically deposited into the account that incurred the charge at the end of each month,* and will display on your statements and transaction history as “ATM Surcharge Refund.”
Rest assured that even with the implementation of this new program, all of the existing ATM In-Network (SUM/CO-OP) ATMs will continue to be surcharge-free to our members as they have been for many years.
* In the event an account is closed in the middle of the month or becomes otherwise ineligible, a refund will not be applied.
