What to expect when making a Mobile Deposit:
- The Mobile Deposit feature requires a checking account.
- Once you have successfully transmitted your check image, you will get an on-screen "Deposit Received" message with an option to email a confirmation.
- Please allow up to four (4) business hours for processing.
- You will receive an email when your check image has been Accepted, Rejected or Adjusted for deposit.
- The maximum Mobile Deposit is $10,000.
- Any Mobile Deposit amount over $2,500 per day is subject to a five (5) business day hold.
- Safeguard the deposited item(s) for at least 30 days before securely destroying them.
